COVID 19 Measures
We can overcome these challenges.
New protocols are being put in place for the profession and for our collective health based on the latest data not social media. If you are feeling any symptoms and need to cancel your appointment, please text 604 818 2761 with your name and scheduled time to cancel. Even if you do not think it is a big deal it could be a regrettable mistake that no-one wants. I have waived the late cancellation fee at this time but please give as much notice as possible so the spot might be filled by someone else who has also been waiting.
Appointments will still be booked on the 75 min block, but 15 minutes will be devoted to disinfection of the room and common areas. When you come in for your appointment, please be changed ready to go, and wait in your car until your time or get a text that its all clear and we are ready to begin.

It is the only way we can safely operate at this time.
1. All clients and visitors must provide proof of vaccination. You can email, text or show it upon arrival. This is not an invitation to debate. It has been ordered by the PHO and Provincial Government for all fitness facilities like Level 10 Fitness.
2. All clients must answer the COVID 19 screening survey from the booking program Janeapp 2 hrs before the scheduled visit. It is for our mutual safety and the safety of our loved ones. Please ensure that you cell number is up to date in the Janeapp booking system
3. Wait in your car or outside the building until your scheduled time to enter the building. This will give time to sanitize areas and prevent client overlap in the narrow halls or stairwell. There will be limited chairs in the hallway to wait as that further complicates the cleaning process.
4. All clients must use hand sanitizer upon entering the building and wash their hands to the elbow for 20+ seconds upon arrival in the sanitized bathrooms.
5. All clients must promptly vacate the premises after their visit and use the hand sanitizer again upon leaving.
6. High risk groups such as asthmatics, diabetics, and immunocompromised individuals may need to assess their risk and consider delaying treatment or if appropriate a virtual visit when available.
7. Because of the nature or Athletic Therapy / manual therapy especially for shoulders and elbows, social distancing is impossible. All clients must wear either a procedure mask or a non medical mask for our protection. Feel free to bring your own or I have some in stock if you don’t. I will also wear a face guard instead of a engineered physical barrier in some instances. The room air is filtered with electrostatic and HEPA / ULPA filtration.
8. The Level 10 facility is closed for normal operations except for one on one or personal training. If you require the use of the gym area this must be supervised and within the treatment block so I can sanitize the equipment. Remember social distancing in the gym!
9. Please exit promptly at the end of our session. It will be a tight schedule to turn over the room and disinfect equipment
Please abide by these new measures. It will allow the clinic to operate as safely as possible during these trying times.
Is it all worth it? We will need to make our own decisions, but I feel that the best possible outcome is that nothing happens except you are healing as you should, and we can return to our activities and sports. If you don’t think you can comply or are feeling sick, we can reschedule or do some of it with a virtual online visit if appropriate.
